The Dell PowerVault MD2460 is a 4U JBOD enclosure purpose-built for PowerEdge direct-attached storage. Directly attaching PowerVault MD enclosures to previous and new PowerEdge generations simplifies server capacity expansion and ensures applications get high-speed access to their data without compromise. It is the high-density option, adding 60 x 3.5-inch drive bays in 4U for capacity-hungry PowerEdge DAS configurations.
