When to choose this storage system
Choose it for unstructured data — AI and GPU pipelines, analytics, HPC, media and genomics. OneFS serves NFS, SMB and S3 from a single namespace, so capacity and performance grow linearly as nodes are added.
Reading the specifications
capacity and controller count set the usable scale and performance headroom; memory and processing power drive cache and metadata performance; supported protocols decide which hosts and applications can attach; media type (NVMe TLC/QLC) sets the latency and cost profile; data-reduction, protection and security features set the resilience level.
Platform & compatibility
Clients connect over NFSv3 and the wider protocol list above, on the OneFS scale-out filesystem. Confirm the host OS, protocol, capacity and controller configuration for your environment before ordering.
Deployment notes
The PowerScale F910 All-Flash NAS Platform is supplied as a configured system; capacity, controllers and licensing are selected at order time. Availability, firmware and licensing are confirmed against the current release at order time. Send the required capacity, protocol and performance target for a firm configuration and quote.
