GPULoom is a B2B sourcing and distribution service for enterprise hardware. This website is operated by Beijing Guangtian Runze Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91110109592316083R), headquartered at Room 405, Building 14, Greenland Central Plaza, Linfeng 2nd Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China. Our parent group is Beijing Jinma Times Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91110108802021276A), established in 2000.

2What information we collect

• Inquiry and contact forms: your name or company, business email, phone / WhatsApp number, project requirements, and any files you attach (such as BOM lists).
• Inquiry list: the products you add to your inquiry list while browsing.
• Correspondence: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security and operation.

3How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your quotation or inquiry, prepare offers, confirm availability, logistics and warranty scope, and follow up on your project. We do not use your data for automated profiling or advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information.

4Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data because you consented (when you submit a form), because it is necessary to take steps prior to entering a contract with you, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a B2B sales and support process.

5How long we keep it

• During your project: inquiry records and attachments are available to the sales team handling your request.
• 180 days after submission: attachments are deleted and the inquiry record is anonymised or removed entirely, on an automatic schedule.
• Server logs: rotated on shorter periods.

6Who we share it with

We share your information only with: (a) service providers operating our email and website hosting; (b) freight, customs or warranty partners strictly as needed to fulfil an order you place; (c) authorities where the law requires it. We never sell or rent your data.

7International transfers

Your data is processed in China. When you request export logistics, limited data may be shared with freight or customs partners in the destination region strictly to complete your order.

8Cookies

This website uses functional cookies only: your inquiry-list session and your language preference. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to our processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email miles@gpuloom.com and we will respond within one month.
